The material provided was clear with lots of hints and tips. However, I believed I was paying a one off introductory fee of £19.99. On reviewing my account I saw actually this was an introductory subscription and that each and every month nearly £40 was charged. I was lax in reviewing my accounts and so £100 was taken. On contacting the company I was told in the contract it says it’s a subscription service but they gave a discretionary 19.99 back. This is more than the fee to hire a personal dog trainer. So, as long as you know it’s a subscription service and that it will cost that sum each and every month as long as you are a member then happy days. The course itself I liked, the subscription I didn’t.
