I paid $49.95 for a one time purchase of dog training for an older dog that had become incontinent I never agreed to any subscriptions and shortly after buying this, I realized my dog was in renal failure, and she passed away in February. it is now the end of March and I received a charge on my credit card for $119 that I never agreed to. you can’t call them, but you can submit a request for an email response of which they told me that I needed to prove that their training didn’t work to be eligible for a refund and that at best they would give me a free month of dog training mind you the dog is deceased, which I felt was the most insensitive response I’ve ever heard. I asked for proof that I agreed to a subscription they could not provide it. They refused to give any kind of refund said that they’d be open to other options but offered nothing. I’m dealing with this from a different direction now just be warned. This is not a company you wanna trust with your credit cards
