Little bit disappointed so far, I received a collar for my dog which I had measured and ordered using the sizing guide on the website. When I received it, it was far too big so I was looking to exchange.
However, I’ve paid £3.99 for the delivery of the first one, another £3.99 for the delivery of the second one and I also have to pay postage to send the wrong one back so I’ve almost spent as much money on postage as I have on the collar itself!
