I signed up for their e-check service, a few months back. I did not have any specific issues with the service or the company, but this did not work well for my credit repair company. I instantly had issues with clients writing me bad checks, which caused concerns from my bank. I always funded the account as they asked and did it as quick as they wanted. When I said that I wanted to discontinue the service, I was locked out of the website platform. I asked for a refund of the money I had sent them to keep the account funded. I can't see my account, but believe they owe me approximately $120. It seems this would be a simple request. I've got nowhere with this request, other than being told that they are working on it. They encourage you to keep using the service, rather than being focused on the refund. I was informed by Brian, the account manager that it would take them 90 days to pay this back to me. That is unacceptable. They owe me the money and should be able to easily refund it to me. Their service may be ok for some companies, but for me and my company it was not. They seem to be against resolving the issue, due to me closing the account. I want the money that is due to me.
