I paid CDN $80 with shipping for a backpack that is not returnable. The first one had a defect with a pocket zipper and was replaced. The second is still stiff and not great.
I would not have purchased if I saw it in person, and I’m annoyed to have paid so much and for shipping for something that looks like it will fail within the year.
