I just called to inquire about a Purolator package from Pottery Barn Teen that was estimated to be delivered Dec. 10 and it went out of the facility Dec. 3rd. The package still has not arrived.
The customer service agent was very abrupt and incredibly rude and hung up on me. I understand Christmas is stressful, and you must have high call volume. But the was she handled the call was absolutely unacceptable.
I wanted to just clarify the dates and understanding the estimated delivery but she would not let me finish made a little displeased noise and hung up.
I was not trying to be rude at all I just wanted clarification and advise on how to navigate this and if they would have a solution for this.
