Delivered a bed without the appropriate parts. Said they would overnight the parts, arrived a week later. Wouldn’t come to assemble the bed for another 4 days. Child slept on the floor for 2 weeks. Their movers damaged my wall. They left a disassembled bed laying all
over my garage for 2 weeks. No apologies, no compensation. Spent a huge amount of money, not worth any of it for the aggravation and hours on calls from unhelpful and rude staff. The furniture isn’t any better than another department store from experience.
