I ordered two duvet covers on May 14. The website said items were available and in stock. It is July 20 and I still have not received them. On tracking it says I was to receive on June 4th, then changed to June 26th, then to July 18. During this time I used the chat feature several times and also talked on the phone with 7 different customer service reps. Not one was able to help me. When I attempted to cancel order (as I bought a similar item from another store and received two days later) they said it was in transit. I pointed out that it was not as it showed on the website it was not. Another said it was shipping from overseas so had shipped from there but would arrive soon, another said that it was in production, another "elevated" my case and transferred me to a supervisor - who said "I am not a supervisor, he lied" She proceeded to berate me for being upset about not being able to cancel. Yet another said "it is our policy to help you cancel after 30 days and it has been more than 30 days." He said he would cancel and process a refund for me. Two weeks later I received an email from pottery barn saying that the manufacturer was in process of making the items so I could not get a refund. I just talked with someone last week who said the item would be here by Friday. It is still not here. I said I spend $340 on something and you are just keeping my money and not delivering my product, when is enough enough? I already have duvet covers on my beds and IF they ever show up I will just be returning them so let's stop the waste of my phone calls, shipping cost, etc. How long can a company keep someone's money without delivering a product they said was in stock. This is a duvet cover -- not a custom made piece of furniture. I will NEVER shop or buy from Pottery Barn Teen or ANY of their subsidiaries/partners again. I encourage everyone to think twice about purchasing from this fraudulent company and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
