Where to start the keyboard was found to have a defective key, once plugged in the laptop gave me an electrical shock! not static but electrical tested with a meter It tripped out the MAIN fuse board! Contacted the seller who promised a replacement power adaptor, I have yet to receive this rendering the laptop useless. Was bought as refurbished but must of been sent out without bench tested!
