Seem very understaffed at the moment, upstairs left unattended a lot in the evenings & management are rarely ever anywhere to be found. Have witnessed the staff needing managers a few times recently but they don’t pick up the office phone & are being left to serve two floors downstairs as a singular staff member. Disgraceful management skills being witnessed the last couple of weeks
