I've purchased this as a gift. Now I feel uncomfortable in giving this as it looks like it's dying.
I've purchased so many items for friends and family and feel very disappointed this time.
Pearson has always been great. Today, I am very dissatisfied. Will need to look elsewhere for future purchases.
