I have 3 company pensions and I wanted to establish what the Governments Options were for company/ private pensions next year. The advisor was thorough, very competent , knowledgable and to the point. She spoke with the respect, by not addressing me by first name and I felt I was talking to a senior person who was extremely efficient. It reminded me of dealing with a senior manager I needed advice from when I was at work.
