I was originally a PensionBee customer who got "rolled over". I only signed on before to combine my existing pots but when I went to check my situation it turns out to be an investment thing. I am cautious so risking my investment isn't something I feel comfortable with. You also have to have a mandatory telephone call which I am not comfortable with. Before when it was PensionBee you could communicate different ways. I feel like I have been mislead in what you do and it feels like the customer comes last in your view. You'd get a lot of customers if you were more flexible in your approach. I don't recommend you in the slightest.
