The above post from Pentagon is a bit late as i already tried that approach and it didnt work . The only thing that did work was small claims court papers arriving on Pentagons doorstep which they paid up very quickly, saying it was for commercial reasons, translated to they didn't have a leg to stand on.
All this does is highlight to potential customers how other customers are treated
