They taste great. I always like to take something like chewing gum after a meal, but gum isn't great for the planet and I am not keen on mint flavours. These are a great alternative and melt in the mouth and also help teeth at the same time. They are vegan too. My friend gave me a couple and then I ended up subscribing because I like them so much.
