I bought a Perdue oven stuffer for Sunday dinner. The poor chicken had 2 bloody broken wings an a leg full of blood. It was really ugly after it was roasted because of all the blood in the flesh of the chicken.
I know you can't bleed after you are dead so I suppose the poor chicken really suffered before it died.
I will still buy Perdue chicken because it is the still the best.
I just had to cut around the bad spots to serve it..
