The whole chicken weight was 5.8 pounds. Roasted the chicken in Reynolds oven bag. I placed no broth or liquid in the bag. After I deboned chicken I measured over 1 quart liquid that came from the chicken. Bottom line a liquid was pumped into the raw whole chicken to increase the weight.
I will never purchase another product of Perdue products.
