I ordered a wrap on 21st and paid for next day delivery - I am still waiting! I emailed yesterday to enquire about my order - I am still waiting! The only thing I have successfully received from Perfect Handbags is an invitation to write this review! Very poor! I have since been contacted by customer services and have received an apology, refund of postage and the wrap! There definitely was an error but they have subsequently handled it well and restored my confidence.
