my experience with the E-brush has been disastrous. I am now on my 4th brush having had three product failures within the first 12 months of use. The customer service is terrible and after waiting over two weeks for the most recent replacement, I just discovered that the order has not even been processed and they cannot provide a shipping date or tracking number.
