I like the way I am informed fully concerning every action undertaken. No unnecessary or inexplicable procedures take place and the practitioner always and with good humour takes the trouble to make sure I am fully advised as to what actions may be necessary, desirable, or available as far as dental care is concerned. I am always treated courteously and with respect by everyone from the moment I enter the practice, and never have to wait too long to be seen.
