I purchased my e brush in December and it took weeks for it to be delivered. It worked really nicely for a month and then started requiring nightly charges. Then after a few days of nightly charges it simply stopped working. It was never easy to turn on nor was it easy to change brushing modes. I emailed customer service only to get back questions that I had to answer like did it get damaged. Finally I called customer service and was told I had to answer the question, which I did , then they would issue a return form, then I had to mail it back and wait for a new one. Very bad customer service and it felt as if they were trying not to honor the warranty- looking for something I did rather than trusting my assessment as a consumer and sending me a new one. I got so frustrated with the customer service representative that I told her I was going to hang up. She just kept talking and I finally hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not an honorable company. What a rip off.
