So disappointed with the customer service I received at this practice. I booked an appointment only to arrive and be told it hadn't been scheduled properly. Furthermore the extremely rude lady (Tina) at reception proceeded to tell me I had to wait another 4 weeks until I could be seen even though I had already paid for the appointment.
I also mentioned I was a regular customer who paid private which she proceeded to try and argue with me in the most condescending voice that I wasn't. Interesting to know where all my money is going each time I pay then.
Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received!
