The doctors and front desk staff are great. The billing department is terrible. I paid out of pocket in full for a service, and I have a balance due to me from a payment my insurance company paid Perfect Smiles. I have been trying to get the money returned to me for 11 months. I have called about eight times. Each time I have been told that they will have to speak with their supervisor and call me back. They have never called me back once. I call them and have to start all over again. I have never seen such a low level of customer service in my life.
