I filed two complaints with Perfect Smile and received no response either time. A company is only as good as its support department. Dentists should solve our problems, not create repeat customers. Each time I went, new problems arose. I spent $1,000 on a deep clean that yielded no positive results. I believe they owe me an additional laser treatment, but the woman at the front desk refused with her lousy bedside manner. What tipped me off to their shenanigans was that the cleaning was douible the cost that I was quoted. As I left, I heard a snarky "Bye." Stick with a local dentist that you have found thorugh word of mouth. No pun intended.
