Order and delivery was very efficient. Unfortunately we had to return the goods purchased for a refund. Again communication prior to the return was fairly good. However the goods were returned on 4th August 2016 (signed for as having been received on that date) and to date, 12 days later, no refund has yet reached our account. Therefore had to mark them down on this basis.
