A lovely website making it a pleasure to browse. The item I bought was a present and the recipient was absolutely delighted with the quality and finish - it was a piece of engraved silver. I had inadvertently put the wrong delivery address on the order! And this was late Friday night. But it was easy to contact them by email and I although I hoped they would action it on the Monday, I actually received a reply that it had been amended on Sunday evening! Great customer service.
