Lovely piece, efficient service, quick delivery, just slightly disappointed it wasn’t sterling silver, but it does state this, so my mistake, should of read the description properly. And it doesn’t open you have to push the hair through the little hole where the screw is. Happy with the engraving, it was more characters than they advertised, but they where very accommodating.
