The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. I was very pleased with the item and the standard of the engraving as the item was intended as a special gift for a loved one. I would suggest being careful to measure the dimensions of what you are ordering and the weight of any chains etc as the images can make the items appear larger than they are in reality. Overall this was a great present and "personalised jewellery" were excellent.
