I ordered a necklace as a gift for my mother who sadly lost her partner last year, I have been advised that this was dispatched over a week ago but I still haven’t received and I needed it by today as it’s her birthday. I’m disappointed with this but I’m hoping the wait will be worth it when it finally arrives.
