I placed an order for the Amber locket on Sunday the 1st December. I immediately realised that I had made an error on the inscription, when I saw the receipt. I emailed and telephoned and spoke to Sue, she confirmed it on the phone the next day and in writing on the 5th December - "I have put your order on hold until you give the correct engraving Many Thanks Sue". When she emailed me the wrong inscription that day, I corrected her and she said no problem she would copy it over. It arrived on the 13th December and is still incorrect! Their response is totally unacceptable given the many assurances I had that it would be corrected. "Sorry but speaking to the engraver, he can only go by what you originally put as the notes were are not seen on the order, the whole purpose of giving the option to set out your own engraving before placing the order is to stop mistakes and it can't be changed after as when the invoice is printed for him the notes don't go with it. Many Thanks Personalised Jewellery Ltd". The gift is now useless! Extremely dissatisfied at the unprofessional service! As I have the emails and voicemails I will pursue this.
