Order process is easy final product is lovely and it's great value for money only issue that I feel needs to be addressed is getting in contact with company as I wished to change wording on engraving but unfortunately was unable to do this as was unable to speak to anyone in regards to this when I tried to phone company it is because of this issue that I cannot get the company a five star rating
