The whistle was ordered on the 3rd December for a 21st Birthday gift for the 14th December. An email to your company on the 14th followed by a phone call did not receive a response. A standard email late on the 14th confirmed the whistle had been dispatched and this arrived on the 17th. We were not only disappointed with the delivery time but when we placed the order it was placed with your company as you sold it in a presentation box. The whistle arrived in a cellophane bag - no presentation box, very disappointing for a gift. I emailed your company on the 17th December to notify you of this but to date I am still waiting for a response. We are very disappointed with your customer service and I still wait hearing from you with a response.
