Customer service was appalling, the order stayed as 'payment received' until I contacted by telephone as I had had no confirmation or dispatch email. I was advised that someone would call me back personally, however this did not happen. Instead I received a quick email plus the status changed to pending. Time passed and again, they made no contact with me and the order status stayed as 'pending'. I sent endless Facebook messages and emails to the address that had contacted me that one time and although I sometimes got a reply, no one could tell me the status of my order or whether any progress had been made. Eventually, I sent an email demanding a refund if they were unable to fulfil my order. Maybe this kick-start some action because then within days the order WAS fulfilled. Contact with the company was minimal to non-existent and the speed in which they replied to messages was slow and at most times generic. The quality of the items were poor also, I will explain this in another section. Overall, I have never felt the need to complain so much with the final product being very disappointing. I would give this company a very, VERY wide berth.
