Although the quality of the jewellery is acceptable, the customer service is very poor. When the item I ordered was faulty because part of it had not being fitted, I tried repeatedly to contact the customer care phone number. No one ever answered, and the messages I left on the answer-phone were not answered either. Eventually I found an email address on the Paypal receipt which thankfully was answered. However instead of offering to replace the faulty jewellery, the missing part was sent on it's own in a small bag, so I'm now left to work out how to fit it. As I am a elderly person and have no suitable tools this is far from a good result.
