My pendant is lovely , however I paid for next day delivery, lost a day pay to be in for delivery. The delivery didn’t turn up , a mistake it wasn’t sent out. I was due to receive it on a Thursday ,I ended up having it on the Saturday but still charged for next day delivery. Even though I didn’t get next day delivery
