My dad recently passed away, so I found some lovely pendants which I can put ashes into, I ordered two of these and a ashes filling kit. The pendants arrived the next day, but no ashes filling kit! So I emailed the company, it was no problem they sent it the following day, brilliant service would recommend this company to anyone, would of gave 5 stars but because of the mix up only 4 sorry
