The item itself is perfect. Delivery date wasn't met so I did panic thinking I'm never going to get it as I had no emails no contact and even when I filled in several online forms I had no reply back. However my item did arrive slightly later than stated and I would most likely use this site again. So my main advise to the site would be communication.
