I sent an ashes pendant as a special gift to very special friend at a very sad time with the loss of her international champion, prior to ordering and after it was delivered I tried contacting you but neither times was my email answered. I realise that this was an extremely busy time but I felt a little more effort could be given to answering your clients enquiries. Not sure if I would use you again or recommend you.
