I recently purchased a ashes pendant for a very dear friend who had just lost her international champion dog. I tried many times to contact you by phone and finally by twice by email neither of which were answered. I realise that you were busy because of Xmas but I am very upset with the kind of service offered to me at a really sad time. I don't think I would ever use you again nor would I feel confident in recommending you. Sorry but I hope you will address these matters.
