wonderful product which went down an absolute treat on valentines day and also must mention due to an email error the personalised message didn't go through correctly and was contacted straight away to check and resend the message and everything including layout on the back of a locket was just perfect. will definitely recommend and go back for further purchases. 5 star review all the way
