Coming across this item all over social media, I finally got my hands too on the fruit infuser water bottle from personalised island. Now let me tell you that since I have had this bottle I have not reached out for any other. This is because it is firstly a fairly large bottle to consume your water in about 750 ml. I am someone who likes to drink a lot of water throughout the day so for me this is a big plus. I carry it with me all around the house and find that it is a super convenient way to gulp my water. Coming onto the bottle itself, it is a thick, sturdy and what seems like a pretty high quality durable plastic bottle with a built in drinking pipe which can be pushed down and locked when not in use to avoid leaks. I enjoy the whole fruit infuser aspect but I do prefer just plain water on many days, this bottle is perfect for both as the little cage inside the bottle for the infusion can easily be removed and put back in place with just a twist. I find it is super easy to clean my bottle and does not leave any lingering tastes of my fruits. Coming onto the personalisation, I got my name written in the classic island edition (picture here) and am quite impressed as wash after wash it does not hinder the writing. My work is office based so I carry it with me to work, it fits in my work bag just fine. When I took it to work my colleagues straight away pointed out how they were familiar with these bottles and just days later couple of them got their hands on one too. It is one of them bottles which makes your work area look a bit cool for that instagram “just at work” pose. I paid £14 for my bottle, it was not gifted to me. I feel it is worth the money because your standard 500 ml water bottle is 60p, and just after couple reuses it has an unpleasant smell to the plastic. It has now been just over three months of using my bottle but it feels like its my first time using it each time. There is no smell to it and it looks like new. So long term I feel this is very cost effective. Overall I feel that the appearance of the bottle is one to be enjoyed within itself as it carries the whole island experience. My bottle is my souvenir but just one with lots of uses. Would I recommend the personalised island fruit infuser water bottle? Yes I most certainly would. I enjoy my bottle and would want everyone to try it out and experience it for themselves. I ordered my bottle on Tuesday evening and it was delivered to me for Thursday afternoon which is a pretty fast service. Whenever I shop online I always wait for my orders eagerly as does everyone I suppose. It’s just the curiosity and excitement of a new purchase. A quick delivery is always merited.
