I ordered a personalised item for my daughter to take on holiday to Mauritius with her. It was last minute arrangements, so I paid extra for next day delivery. The item did not arrive the following day and therefore my daughter had to leave without it. She was very disappointed. I asked for a refund, as the item was no longer of any use. Personalised Island were unable to honour a refund, due to the item being personalised. However, they did agree to refund the next day delivery charges, despite this being a possible delay by the delivery company. The item is lovely - just a shame it arrived later than expected.
