Placed an order well over a week ago, and still have not received an item that I paid for.
Have emailed customer care service team, however the responses are very long waited and can take up to 3 days or more for a response back.
As of yet, still don’t know where my order is, seems they are quick to take money but not quick on responding and helping to sort an issue out.
Poor service.
