Brutal service!! I ordered from the Bay over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my order. Their tracking system is terrible! They continue to tell me that the item has reached it's destination. They lie! Had I known this I never would have ordered. Service like this is cheapening the Bay's reputation.
