I never thought I'd be waxing lyrical about a pest control service, but honestly, these guys were just brilliant. - They identified the likely problem really quickly on the phone and via email (I sent them a photo) and were clearly knowledgeable about cockroaches - They were realistic about what to expect (i.e. this type of cockroach can't always be removed completely long term) but then went and overdelivered, and did get rid of them - Charles was just brilliant on his visits, friendly, thorough and went above and beyond, visiting more than they had to, and most importantly, he got the job done! They were marginally more expensive then a couple of other places I looked at, but so happy I went for them. It did take a good number of visits to stop them coming back. Michael
