I would highly recommend PetAir UK. They were absolutely fantastic. Great communication throughout and made me feel very cared for especially as it is quite stressful thinking about how our lovely dog would cope. We got lots of notifications along the journey from London to Oz and videos of Lola which were an added bonus and a great personal touch. Great company!
