Petalina couldn't have been more helpful and friendly on the phone when I called with enquiries and then when I placed my order online it was dealt with very efficiently and dispatched and delivered to me really quickly. I was absolutely delighted with the lovely pram and doll when it arrived. And was thrilled with the pink tissue paper and business card with bow it came packaged in. A lovely touch. Thank you.
