Petalina packaged and shipped the doll the first business day after I placed the order and emailed me tracking info. Shipping to the Pacific Northwest took a few weeks; the doll arrived in perfect condition. Even with shipping costs from the UK to the States, the total price was less than the cost of buying the doll in the States. I would definitely buy from Petalina again!
