Excellent customer service by Petalina - thoughtful and helpful response to my initial enquiry, followed by fast delivery of well packaged goods (with pretty extras, very girlie). All items I have purchased have been excellent quality and good value. The website is brilliant - i love the blog and articles about dolls by Cate - interesting, honest and fun. The dolls and products are very well described and photographed. Certainly the best doll-related company I have found.
