So impressed with Petalina. I made a mistake with my order, had to telephone and it was all sorted out immediately with great courtesy. The correct doll arrived within a couple of days and was beautifully packaged. The doll itself looks gorgeous but is not out of its packaging yet as it is a Christmas present. All in all one of my best online shopping experiences and I will be recommending Petalina to friends and family.
